Claromentis Xpress is far from just another template system. As part of the set up we work on your branding, your top level folder structure, permission groups and opportunity management sales processes – so you get the system that truly works they way you do.

Branding

Provide us with a logo and details on your preferred colours and fonts – if you have them – and your Xpress will be branded by our designers exactly to your requirements.

Permission Groups and Roles

We discuss your company structure and set up the best permission system to get you started. You can easily add more whenever you need them!

Folder Structure

We even set up the first outline folder structures, with the correct permissions you need – allowing you to start immediately and add other folders as you need them.

Sales Workflows

If you do use our sales management system, then we will even set up the sales stages and any workflows that you have to make sure that your Claromentis Xpress is working to the way you make sales.
