Permission based

You can manage access rights through our comprehensive permission systems, allowing you to define groups of people, or roles – to allow easy and appropriate sharing of information.

This can be easily accomplished right down to individuals – so for these documents or web pages I want Jane and all managers to be able to edit them – but everyone in the UK can read them. Simple!

Exactly the same [permission groups are available to control access to web pages and forums, as well as documents like Word files and PDFs.

Secure

Your data is hosted in one of our secure data centres. You don't have to worry about setting up the necessary protections against threats. We run regular backups to ensure your data is safe and secure.
